Esther Martin

Esther Martin, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Leader at Lippert since April 2021, Esther is responsible for the administration and coordination of the HR function within the Marine Division. Previously, Esther worked as a Human Resources Representative, managing diverse HR tasks in a plant environment. Esther's career began at Merrill Lynch as an Account Representative before progressing through roles at Kay Jewelers, Heritage Acceptance Corporation, and Elkhart Community Schools, where responsibilities spanned client support, training coordination, and employee onboarding. Esther holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University, earned between 2015 and 2017.
