Mark Kessen

Mark Kessen is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Lippert since September 2021, Mark previously held significant positions including Director of Engineering and Director of Program Management at QMC-EMI Holdings, Inc., and Engineering Unit Manager at BOS Automotive Products, Inc. At Martinrea International, Mark was Vice President of Engineering and Executive Director of Engineering, where notable achievements included improving employee satisfaction and leading engineering development initiatives. Earlier career roles included key engineering positions at A. Raymond Tinnerman Manufacturing, Cosma International Group, and Cooper Tire & Rubber Company. Mark holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
