Fadhil Permandha

Fadhil Permandha has extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. Fadhil started their career as a Civil Engineer at PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk in 2004 and worked there until 2008. Fadhil then joined PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk as an Infrastructure Manager from 2008 to 2011, where they were responsible for project progress, construction management, and quality control.

In 2011, Fadhil became a Construction Manager at PT INDIKA INTI PROPERTY and held the position until 2013. During this time, they gained experience in managing construction projects and ensuring adherence to project timelines, costs, and quality standards.

In 2013, Fadhil joined PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk as the Construction Infrastructure Department Head. Their responsibilities included controlling project progress, implementing construction management strategies, ensuring material and work quality, reviewing design drawings, and coordinating with the surrounding community. Notably, Fadhil successfully delivered various projects on schedule, including Trivium Terrace Apartments, Ruko Cosmo, Cluster Acacia Garden 2, and Lagoon Bridge & Parking Lot.
