Ramon Tombokan, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in construction scheduling and project control. Currently serving as a Project Scheduler at PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk since January 2023, Ramon is responsible for creating Master Schedules and monitoring project progress. Prior roles include Project Control at Agung Sedayu Group, where a 43-floor apartment project topped off two months ahead of schedule, and Senior Project Planner and Scheduler at PT. Jakarta International Expo, contributing to a successful world-class auditorium project for the Asian Games 2018. Ramon has also held positions in progress control, project management, operations direction, and construction site management, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Ramon holds an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR).
