Ben Butcher

Ben Butcher is a dedicated student athlete currently attending Lipscomb University, where notable accomplishments include being named 2023 and 2024 All ASUN Cross Country, and earning the title of 2021 ASUN Cross Country Freshman of the Year. Ben has achieved recognition for academic excellence with the 2023 and 2024 ASUN All Academic honors and is also a member of the 2023 NCAA Division 1 South Region Cross Country All-Region team. With a strong athletic background, Ben ranks in the top 5 all-time for both the 10k and 8k distances in school history. In addition to athletic pursuits, Ben has gained practical experience as a communications intern at the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, and worked as a pool manager and lifeguard with SwimAtlanta Pool Management. Ben also served as a recruiting analyst for Rivals.com. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Analytics and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Sports Communication and Sports Media, Ben demonstrates a robust commitment to both education and athleticism, following a foundational education at Dacula High School.
