Kyle Nelson

Kyle Nelson currently serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Academic Services at Loyola University Chicago since February 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at the University of Minnesota from August 2016 to February 2023, where Kyle held roles as Senior Academic Advisor and Academic Advisor for student-athletes, directly supervising multiple sports and facilitating communication among student-athletes, faculty, and staff. Kyle's background also includes experience as an Assistant Academic Advisor and Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Lake Forest College, as well as playing professionally for several basketball teams in Europe. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from Augustana College.
