Christabel Roberts

Christabel Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christabel currently holds the position of Head of Development and Culture at Lipsy London, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's development and culture initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Learning and Development Manager and Learning and Development Partner at the same company.

In addition to their current role, Christabel has also worked at Womankind Worldwide as a Volunteer Speaker, where they delivered speeches about the organization's work on women's rights. Christabel was actively involved in advocating for change in developing countries.

Christabel's experience also includes a part-time role at The Chemistry Club as an Introducer, facilitating introductions between FTSE 100 executives. Christabel demonstrated excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills in this role.

Christabel has also worked at Michael Kors as a Learning and Development Coordinator and Assistant in Europe, at LONO Creative as an Account Manager, at Cantor-Hindson as a Senior Account Executive, at Cube Communications as a Freelance PR Account Executive, at Company Magazine as a Freelance Writer, at Midas Public Relations as a Junior Account Executive, and at InStyle Magazine as an Intern.

Throughout their varied work experience, Christabel has developed a diverse skill set and demonstrated their passion for human rights, learning and development, and effective communication.

Christabel Roberts attended Guildford High School from 2001 to 2007. After completing their high school education, they went on to study at the University of Leeds from 2007 to 2010. During their time at the university, they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in English Literature and Language.
