Poonam Dharman

Poonam Dharman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in packaging innovation and design, currently serving as the Packaging and Artwork Innovation Director for Global R&I at LIPTON Teas and Infusions since May 2021. Prior to this role, Poonam held various positions at Unilever from April 2008 to May 2021, including Senior Packaging Manager for Global Beverages and Packaging and Process Team Leader for Beverages Europe. Poonam's career began at Musgrave, where roles ranged from Product Marketing Manager to Buyer's Assistant. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Certificate in Packaging Technology from Loughborough University, a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Information Systems from the University of West London, and a Diploma of Higher Education in Information Systems from the University of Lincoln. Poonam also completed high school at Abu Dhabi Indian School.
