Racquel Harris Mason

Racquel Harris Mason currently serves as President of North America at LIPTON Teas and Infusions and is a member of the Board of Directors for both Beacon Building Products and NielsenIQ. Mason has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles within major corporations, having previously held positions such as Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at Elanco Animal Health, and various senior leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where responsibilities included managing significant P&L accounts and leading large cross-functional teams. Mason's earlier career includes key positions at Abbott, Ahold, Johnson & Johnson, and Procter & Gamble. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
