Lorena Salcedo Sandoval

Lorena Salcedo Sandoval is an experienced professional in the food science and technology sector, currently serving as the R&D Innovation and Disruptive Knowledge Manager at Liquats Vegetals since November 2024. Prior roles include Technology Transfer Manager and New Product Development Manager at Heura Foods, as well as Project Manager in R&D at SANT DALMAI, where Lorena led the development of plant-based meat products.
