James Gallego currently serves as Team Lead Customer Operations and Support at Liquid Barcodes since December 2023. Prior to this role, James held the position of IBERIA Support Center Manager at Evernex from September 2014 to December 2023, focusing on managing hardware incident resolution for clients in Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar, while ensuring compliance with service-level agreements. James's career began at Kroll Ontrack, where from October 2008 to September 2013, experience was gained as an IT Specialist and Associate Data Recovery Engineer, specializing in data recovery technologies and problem resolution in Microsoft Windows environments. James completed a High School degree at IES Jacaranda from 1995 to 1999 in Spain.
