Wellington Moraes Matos has worked in the automation industry since 2006, beginning as a Técnico de Automação at Fascitec Instrumentacao e Eletronica ltda. In 2008, they were promoted to Coordenador de Automação at Beta Indústria e Comércio de Automação. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as Coordenador de Projetos de Automação at GTA - Global Technology & Automation. Finally, they currently serve as Project Coordinator - Digitalization Specialist at Liquid Consulting.

Wellington Moraes Matos received a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Tecnologia em Mecatrônica Industrial from Faculdade de Tecnologia Termomecanica between 2004 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Técnico in Educational/Instructional Technology from ETE Jorge Street between 2002 and 2003.
