Jerry Sheridan

Jerry Sheridan has a strong background in executive leadership and financial management, demonstrated by their work experience with various companies. Jerry served as the Chief Executive Officer at Liquid Environmental Solutions from 2019 onwards, where they successfully increased EBITDA run-rate by 120% through organic growth and acquisitions. Despite the challenges posed by the 2020 pandemic, they managed to maintain EBITDA at the same level as the previous year through cost reductions and customer segmentation. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at AmeriGas Propane from 2005 to 2019, including President and CEO, VP/CFO, and Board Director. During their tenure there, they achieved significant growth in earnings, outlets, and customer base, and led the successful execution of a $3 billion acquisition and integration. Earlier in their career, they served as the President and CEO of Potters Industries Inc., reporting to the CEO of PQ Corp., and as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PQ Corporation, where they turned around unprofitable businesses to profitability.

Jerry Sheridan has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Jerry later pursued an MBA from the University of Maryland between 1993 and 1996. In addition to these qualifications, they also completed an Executive Management Program from Stanford University, without specified start and end years, prior to 2002.
