Heath Rigsby

Heath Rigsby has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Heath started their career at Procter & Gamble as an Account Executive, working there from 1996 to 2000. Heath then moved on to LoanFirst Technologies, where they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing from 2000 to 2001. Following that, Rigsby joined The Clorox Company as a Director of Sales, remaining with the company until 2008.

In 2008, Rigsby joined Burt's Bees as the Vice President of Global Sales, working to expand the brand into new channels and meet distribution targets. Heath also served as the Director of Sales for Burt's Bees during this time.

Rigsby returned to The Clorox Company in 2014, taking on various roles within the organization. Heath held positions such as Vice President of International Sales and General Manager for Renew Life International, Vice President and General Manager for the Kingsford brand, and Vice President of Sales for the Professional Products Division. Rigsby also played a key role in creating a new operating team and developing strategies for business growth and profitability.
