Monica Calvillo

Monica Calvillo is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Director of People and Culture at Liquid I.V. since November 2024. Previously, Monica held the position of Director of Human Resources at Beyond Meat, where responsibilities included strategic HR partnership across various global departments and overseeing compensation planning. Additionally, Monica has experience as a Manager and HR Consultant at Ricoh USA, supporting multiple business units and co-managing the COVID-19 PMO taskforce. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner at New American Funding and Compliance and Employee Relations Supervisor at Toyota Motor Sales & Marketing Corp, managing significant HR programs and compliance in North America. Monica began their career as a Senior Program Manager at Crystal Stairs, Inc. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and a minor in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton.
