Bryan Goltzman has a diverse work experience, beginning in 1999 as the Regional Director of Youth Activities for the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. In 2010, they became the Director of Justice Squared for The Jewish Community Relations Council, a role they held until 2018. From 2012 to 2018, Goltzman served as the Director of Public Affairs for the Jewish Community Relations Council of Minnesota and the Dakotas. In 2014, they took on a position as a Board Member and President for A Minnesota Without Poverty. Additionally, Goltzman founded their own company called Liquid Screen Design in 2009, where they currently serve as the Owner.
Bryan Goltzman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Philosophy, and Criminal Justice from the University of Minnesota between 1997 and 2001.
