Matheus Martins is an experienced technical support professional with a diverse background in WordPress and customer service. Currently serving as a Technical Support Supervisor at Liquid Web since May 2021, Matheus has progressed through various roles, including Senior Support Technician and Support Technician. Previous experience includes providing WordPress support at Impress.org and as a WordPress Support Specialist at chloédigital. Matheus began their career as a WordPress Support Developer at Wholegrain Digital and has also interned and apprenticed in different roles related to web development and textile production.
