Jeff Schwartzman

Jeff Schwartzman has over 20 years of work experience in learning and development. Jeff is currently serving as the Global Head of Learning and Development at TP ICAP since April 2021. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Liquidnet Holdings, Inc. from 2005 onwards. In 2013, they took on the role of Secretary, Board of Directors at Agahozo Shalom Youth Village, where they contributed to the organization's mission of providing orphaned and vulnerable youth with education and necessary life skills. Jeff also worked as an Adjunct Professor at NYU SCPS, Leadership & Human Capital Management Department starting in 2011. Earlier in their career, they served as an Instructor at Dale Carnegie Training from 1998 and later became the Director of Corporate Solutions at Dale Carnegie from 2002 to 2006.

Jeff Schwartzman attended SUNY Oneonta from 1988 to 1992, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Economics and Psychology.
