Kameran Sarlati has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2012, Sarlati fulfilled their dream of creating and running their own IT firm, KWTech LLC, as a Partner. Kameran collaborated with a friend and hired subcontractors to handle the workload.

Kameran'scareer started in 2009 at Dell as a Systems Administration Analyst where they managed and implemented server installation projects and worked with the local in-house IT staff to meet customer needs. Kameran was responsible for installing and configuring VMware environments for GE Electronic Medical Record servers.

In 2008, Sarlati worked as a Level 2 Support Technician at Supporttechs, troubleshooting technology products for businesses and end-users. Kameran also contributed to internal best practices and response time improvement.

Before transitioning to the IT field, they gained management skills as a Service Manager at Auto Crew, overseeing operations in an automotive shop.

At the start of their career in 2006, Sarlati served as an Account Manager at CDW, managing relationships between specialists, manufacturers, and customers of various sizes. Kameran also developed project management skills during this time.

Kameran Sarlati obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. This education took place from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, Kameran completed high school and received a High School Diploma in General Studies from Naperville North Highschool, from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Kameran has obtained two certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Office 365 from Microsoft in March 2016, and the Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in January 2016.
