Vince Lo

Vince Lo is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in managing and developing product strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Product at Carta since January 2020, Vince Lo oversees multiple teams including Capitalization & Reporting, Valuations, Financial Reporting, and Securities Platform, and has significantly contributed to Carta's equity management product, which generates approximately 60% of total annual recurring revenue (ARR). Prior roles include Principal Product Manager and Lead Product Manager at Carta, where Vince Lo delivered substantial revenue growth, as well as a Senior Product Manager at Namely, focusing on integrations and internal tools. Vince Lo also has experience as a Product Manager at Xero, where a successful product launch led to high customer engagement, along with a background in software engineering from SK Planet, Inc. Vince Lo holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and a minor in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
