Carole Young-Catalli

Carole Young-Catalli is an experienced professional currently serving as an Account Manager for grocery operations at LCBO since August 2010. Carole has held several key positions at LCBO, including Manager of Retail Onboarding, Manager of Retail Succession Planning Store Operation Support, A+ Manager, and Operations Manager. Prior to this, Carole worked as Terminal Manager at The Nuance Group from January 2002 to March 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations of multiple international and Transborder duty-free stores at Toronto's Pearson Airport, while managing a team of over 100 associates. Carole holds a Human Resource diploma from Seneca College and has completed OSSD with additional OAC from Bishop Strachan School.
