Ian Ma possesses extensive experience in business technology solutions and systems analysis, currently serving as Business Technology Solutions Manager for Merchandise & Marketing Systems and Business Technology Services at LCBO since July 2014. Responsibilities include facilitating PMO operations and providing governance for ongoing projects. Previously, Ian worked as a Systems Analyst at CaseLoad Software Inc. and a Lead Technical Analyst at IBM, focusing on client support and issue resolution, respectively. Ian's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Developer Analyst at Hewitt Associates, leading implementations for mid-market benefit solutions across Canada and Latin America. Ian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Management (Systems Development and Implementation) from Ryerson University.
