Rosy Nair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Co-Founder of 9ine Dots - The HR Studio since October 2016. Rosy also holds the position of Head of Learning and Development at Insta4Hire Consultancy Services and has been an ongoing consultant in training with Liqvid eLearning Services Pvt Ltd since March 2012, focusing on soft skills, personality enhancement, and effective communication. Previous roles include consultant trainer at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, project consultant at Sachdeva Group of Institutes, and senior consultant trainer at ManpowerGroup.
