Creative Director of Graphic Design & Award Winning Packaging at Lira Clinical

Samantha T. has over 20 years of experience in the graphic design and packaging industry. Samantha is currently working as the Creative Director of Graphic Design & Award Winning Packaging at Lira Clinical since April 2022. In this role, they are responsible for designing and engineering packaging for new and existing products, creating 3D model renderings, designing animated product and intro stings for social media, and creating digital product presentations.

Prior to their current role, Samantha worked as the Creative Director/Award Winning Packaging Designer at ALL AMERICAN LABEL & PACKAGING from February 2018 to April 2022. Samantha led all creative projects from concept to design, production, and print, and collaborated with sales and clients to discuss design concepts and revise artwork. Samantha also used various design software such as Illustrator, Esko Studio Essentials, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects to create packaging solutions for clients.

From 2010 to 2018, Samantha served as the Creative Director/Award Winning Graphic Designer at Vintage 99 Label Mfg, Inc. In this role, they led creative projects, managed production artists, and met with sales and clients to discuss design concepts and artwork revisions.

Before that, Samantha worked as a Graphic Artist at Signature Label from November 2007 to February 2010. Their responsibilities included creating logo and label design concepts for beverage and food packaging, as well as ensuring accurate results on press.

Samantha also has experience as an Art Department Manager at World Wide Sign from November 2005 to October 2007, and at Black Diamond Print from August 2002 to November 2005. In these roles, they designed company identity materials, brochures, forms, logos, and manuals for various clients.

Additionally, Samantha worked as a Lead Production Artist at US Print from August 1999 to August 2002, where they created and preflighted graphic files for plate output. Samantha started their career as an Art Department Manager at RPL Graphics from December 1993 to August 1999, where they designed various print materials and worked with postscript files.

Samantha T. obtained a Certificate in Production Management from International Printers Alliance in Charleston, WV in 2007. Samantha also earned a Certificate in Graphic Design from LVMD in Concord, CA from 1992 to 1993. Additionally, Samantha has a certification in DMAIC-Based Practical Problem Solving Training & Application from Manex Consulting, which they obtained in August 2013.
