Tiffany McLauchlin

Tiffany McLauchlin has over 20 years of experience in the beauty and skin care industry. Tiffany started their career in 1998 as a Sales Representative at Advanced Aesthetics, Inc., where they conducted chemical exfoliation and microdermabrasion demonstrations and managed trade show booths. During their time there, they doubled sales revenues in the Southern California region and administered product knowledge classes. After working at Advanced Aesthetics, Inc. for three years, they joined Bon Losee Academy of Hair Design as the Director of Esthetics. Tiffany served in this role for six years, overseeing the esthetics program. In 2004, Tiffany worked as a Master Esthetician at New Leaf Day Spa for a brief period. In 2007, they joined Aesthetics Plus as a Sales Representative, and at the same time, they also worked as a Utah Educator at Janssen Cosmeceutical and Image Skin Care International. In 2008, they became a Sales Manager at Janssen Northwest, where they worked until 2011. Lastly, Tiffany worked at Lira Cosmeceutical as the Director of Education, starting in 2010. At Lira Clinical, they were responsible for educating licensed skin care practitioners on the use of Lira's skin care products and achieving corrective results with a variety of ingredients.

Tiffany McLauchlin attended the University of Utah from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management.
