Radostina Shishmanova-Borissova

Radostina Shishmanova-Borissova has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of human resources, training, and development. Radostina is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Lirex COM since October 2019. Prior to this, they were the Department Manager at InzKUB Foundation from May 2015 to October 2019. From June 2013 to October 2019, they worked as a Mentor and Trainer at Eko KPoint Ltd. Radostina also held the position of HR Manager at Intersnack Bulgaria from June 2015 to February 2016. Additionally, Radostina worked as a Trainer and Development specialist at Technical Training Bulgaria from May 2013 to December 2013. Their earlier experience includes being a Motivational Programs Researcher at InzKUB Foundation from April 2009 to September 2011, and an HR Manager for Training and Development at HR Group Ltd. from December 2004 to December 2008.

Radostina Shishmanova-Borissova obtained a Master's degree in Social Psychology and Occupational and Organizational Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 1991-1995. Radostina also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource management from the University of National and World Economy. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Management, Leadership, Business Training, and NLP Training from various institutions between 2006 and 2010.
