Jordan Willis has held various roles in the tech industry since 2009. Jordan began their career as a Professional Development Lab Assistant for Marion Community Schools, where they were responsible for web development, computer lab management, and IT troubleshooting and repair. In 2010, they took a role as a Cashier at Walmart, where they eventually managed the front end, managed co-workers' breaks, ran the service desk, pulled registers, and preformed changeovers. In 2013, they became an Electronics Team Member at Meijer, where they managed the photo lab, assisted customers with specific products, and answered technology questions. In 2016, they became a Support Manager at Walmart, where they managed multiple teams to complete daily tasks within challenging deadlines and provided a communication medium between associates and managers to resolve issues. In 2014, they took on the role of Manager/Lead Programmer at Unibear Studio, and in 2020, they became a Software Engineer and Application Support Engineer at Lirio.

Jordan Willis attended Marion Community Schools Tucker Career & Technology from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
