Eduardo was the Corporate Key Account Manager from January 2015 to August 2018, where they managed corporate clients, projects, and provided exceptional customer service. Additionally, they were the Technical Support and Helpdesk Manager from October 2012 to January 2015, overseeing a team, managing databases, and developing customized reports.
Eduardo's early career includes working at IBM as a Representative of Service Delivery Command Center from September 2007 to October 2012, and at Actionline Chile as a Supervisor of Help Desk and Networks from March 2003 to September 2007.
Eduardo Quiroz attended Universidad de Ciencias de la Informática from 2006 to 2010, earning a degree in Ingeniero de ejecución en Informatica in the field of Engineering Technology, General. Eduardo then went on to pursue further education at Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Civil Industrial mención Sistemas de Gestión in the field of Industrial Engineering. Alongside their formal education, Eduardo also gained additional certifications. In January 2021, they completed the "Create and Manage Cloud Resources" certification at Qwiklabs and the "Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning" certification on Coursera.
