Esteban Izarra

Esteban Izarra has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and insurance industries since 2007. Theirmost recent role was as COO of LISA Insurtech, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were Risk & PMO at Mercado Libre from 2021, where they were responsible for the implementation of major projects in support areas, with a focus on data-driven, simple and scalable solutions. Esteban was also Head of Performance at BNP Paribas Cardif from 2015, managing budgeting, forecasting, business tracking, market benchmarks, and multi-channel marketing strategies. From 2014 to 2015, they were an Strategic Planning Engineer at Toyota Motor Corporation, aligning post-sale projects with the Toyota Production System, with a focus on customer satisfaction, value chain optimization, and safety and hygiene. From 2011 to 2014, they were South Cone Project Manager at Gemalto, managing projects for Value Added Services platforms. From 2008 to 2011, they were Project Leader at PSA Peugeot Citroen, coordinating technical work teams for the development and implementation of production line system improvements. Finally, from 2007 to 2008, they were an Analyst at Telecom Personal, configuring IVR equipment, integrating new platforms, analyzing traffic, signaling, and evaluating bids.

Esteban Izarra completed an MBA from Universidad Catolica Argentina in 2012. From 2005 to 2006, they obtained an Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones y Multimedia from ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique. From 2000 to 2005, they earned an Ingeniero Electronico from Universidad de Belgrano, with a focus on Telecomunicaciones.
