Ben Glispie is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in affordable housing and real estate investments. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Fund Investments at LISC Strategic Investments, Ben oversees business development, originations, and financial management for place-based impact and affordable housing funds. Previously, Ben held the position of Director at Greysteel, where responsibilities included client engagement and deal execution for multifamily assets. With a history of originating low-income housing tax credit debt/equity investments at Capital One and New Markets Tax Credit equity investments at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Ben has managed teams and executed financing for various development projects across multiple states. Ben holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy & Economic Development from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison, along with a BBA & BS in Business Management and Sociology from Iowa State University, and has completed coursework towards a Master of Arts in Real Estate at the University of Illinois Chicago.
