Garrett Rogerson has extensive experience in underwriting and portfolio management, currently serving as an Associate at LISC Strategic Investments since April 2023. Previously, Garrett held the position of Senior Underwriting Analyst at NewPoint Real Estate Capital, focusing on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan transactions for multifamily real estate. Prior roles include Real Estate Analyst at Novogradac & Company LLP, where responsibilities involved conducting market studies and property due diligence for affordable multifamily properties, as well as a Junior Real Estate Analyst and various roles in management and teaching. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology - Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from The University of Texas at Austin and is pursuing a certificate in Commercial Real Estate at the University of Washington.
