Hyam Yanni is an experienced professional in the field of culinary education and training. Currently serving as the Områdeschef for Liseberg Akademi People & Culture since February 2023, Hyam oversees the trainee chefs program. Previously, from January 2016 to February 2023, Hyam was the Utbildningsledare responsible for Restaurant and Bakery programs at Yrgo, leading both educators and guest instructors in daily operations. Alongside this role, Hyam contributed as the Utbildningsledare for Bakery programs at Studium from January 2016 to August 2022, focusing on continuous educational development. Prior to that, from August 2005 to December 2015, Hyam taught practical cooking courses and theoretical subjects within the Restaurant and Food program. Experience also includes methodology development and validation execution at Meritea (now Validering Väst) from August 2007 to September 2011. Educational qualifications include a Kandidatexamen from the University of Gothenburg and leadership training from Consentio Ledarskap.
