Christophe Lesniak

Christophe Lesniak is the SVP Industrial & Purchasing Manager at LISI GROUP. Prior to this, they were the Directeur Lean Manufacturing at Groupe MECACHROME from May 2013 to February 2015. In this role, they were in charge of deploying Lean across the company. Christophe also trained and coached the Group's management teams and factory teams in Lean principles, created and implemented Lean standards, deployed Lean tools and involvement of personnel in factories, and supported the evolution of human production organization and the role of production managers.

From January 2004 to April 2013, Christophe was the Directeur des opérations at FAURECIA. In this role, they were responsible for studying the takeover of Sora group activities, defining the industrial scenario, and then taking over the operations of the new Business Unit (Faurecia Automotive Composites) which included responsibility for 2 factories and a Manufacturing Engineering team (80m€ CA, +500 people).

Christophe's career at Faurecia began in 1992 in Production. Christophe held this role until 2003.
