Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The Lisinski Law Firm since January 2022, Sarah has successfully created multi-state handbooks ensuring legal compliance across over 20 states and has enhanced team member engagement through a robust onboarding process. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at Aerotek, where responsibilities included payroll management, onboarding, and training. Sarah also has experience in administrative and customer service roles, as well as a background in music education with a degree in Voice Performance from Ohio Wesleyan University.
