Victor Martins

Victor Martins has extensive experience in the maritime and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Tender Specialist and Cost Engineer as well as a Project Manager at Lisnave Estaleiros Navais S.A. since 2008. Prior to this role, Victor Martins worked at Escom from 2004 to 2008 as an Assistant to the Director of Operations and briefly held the position of Project Engineer at Ahlers Lindley, Lda. in early 2004. Victor Martins earned a degree from Instituto Superior Técnico between 1996 and 2003.
