Jen Gilligan

Jen Gilligan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Operations and Hearing Instrument Specialist at Listen 2 Life Hearing Centers since February 2019, where an apprenticeship began in early 2019, leading to licensure in October 2019. Prior to this role, Jen held various positions at Olson Research Group, Inc., including Lead Quantitative Project Manager and Manager of Quantitative Field Services from June 2012 to September 2018, and previously served as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager from 2007 to 2012. Jen obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from La Salle University between 2000 and 2004 and has further education from University College Dublin.
