Pratik Desai

Pratik Desai currently serves as the CEO and Chief Architect at 1to1 since September 2022. Prior to this role, Pratik held various positions at Salesforce from April 2020 to September 2022, including Practice Lead for Personalization, managing a team of approximately 300 Solution Architects and overseeing client success in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms. Pratik also initiated a social good project, Ragana, aimed at easing administrative burdens for medical professionals. Previously, roles at PVH Corp. and Johnson & Johnson included leadership in marketing operations and digital product management, respectively, with a notable achievement of driving $15 million in sales through the development of the Neutrogena Skin360 app. Early career experience at Accenture included technology consulting and team management, where Pratik delivered significant project outcomes and cost reductions. Pratik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University and is currently a Pilot in Training at Somerset Airport.
