Ashley Mobley has a strong background in compliance and credit union management. Ashley is currently working at Listerhill Credit Union as the VP of Compliance since December 2022. Prior to that, they were the AVP of Compliance at Listerhill Credit Union from April 2022 to December 2022. Before working at Listerhill Credit Union, they worked at Alabama Teachers Credit Union as a Compliance Officer from March 2013 to April 2022. At Alabama Teachers Credit Union, they were responsible for the development and coordination of the compliance management program, as well as conducting audits and providing compliance considerations for new initiatives. Earlier in their career, they worked at Fort McClellan Credit Union as a Compliance & Branch Manager/Lender from August 2010 to March 2013, and at the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates as an AVP Audit & Compliance Group from July 2005 to August 2010.
Ashley Mobley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they hold certifications as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) from Nacha and as a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) and Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) from the Credit Union National Association.

Listerhill Credit Union is a nonprofit financial cooperative improving lives in our community. In 1952, seven Reynolds Metals employees came together to combat the growing issue of predatory lending to other vulnerable plant workers. At the time, loan sharks would lend money with outrageous interest rates and sometimes never-ending terms. With just $5 each and a passionate idea of creating a cooperative that benefited and protected each other, these seven men founded Listerhill Credit Union. Today, with its Main Office located across the street from that same plant, Listerhill Credit Union serves over 90,000 members in 13 counties with 17 branches across northwest Alabama and south central Tennessee. Named one of Alabama's Best Credit Unions by Forbes magazine, Listerhill continues its commitment in serving the local community with integrity while striving for excellence and innovation.
