Dean Hadley

Dean Hadley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition at Listers Group since November 2004. With a rich career progression within the company, Dean has also held the roles of Group Talent & Resourcing Manager and Group Recruitment Manager, contributing to the growth of Listers Group into one of the UK's largest privately owned automotive groups. Prior to this, Dean worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at West Midlands Deanery from October 2002 to November 2004. Dean holds a BA Hons degree in Human Resources from Southampton Solent University, completed between 1994 and 1998.
