Yadi Tang

Yadi Tang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Head of HR at Lita since August 2023, Yadi previously held the position of HRBP Head for the Product Business Group at Laiye from March 2021 to December 2022, focusing on enhancing workplace dynamics and human engagement. Additional roles at Laiye included Global Recruiting Manager and HRBP for the International Business Group. Prior experiences include Regional HRBP at CloudKitchens, APAC HRBP at App Annie, and positions at IBM in Compensation & Benefits for Greater China, as well as an internship at Grant Thornton China. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Sydney Business School and a Bachelor's degree in HR & Marketing from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
