Joined Recruit Staffing Co., Ltd. in 2000 as a new graduate. After being seconded and transferred to an affiliated company, he has been in charge of sales manager and sales planning department manager of HR assessment business and recruitment media service business at Recruit Career Co., Ltd. since 2011. He became an executive officer in 2018. In July 2021, he joined LITALICO Inc. In the same month of the same year, he became an executive officer. He is the general manager of the LITALICO Developmental Navigation Division.
