Denise Dallmier Burger

Denise Dallmier Burger is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Litania Sports Group since December 2021. Prior to this, Denise held the position of Director of Total Rewards at Rural King Farm & Home Store, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experiences across a large workforce. Denise also served as Director of Human Resources at Horizon Hobby, managing HR for a global organization, and as Senior Vice President/Director of Human Resources at CIB Marine Bancshares, Inc., overseeing HR for a financial services company. Earlier in the career, Denise worked as a Senior Consultant at Ady & Associates, providing HR consulting services.
