Victor Rosenberg

Victor Rosenberg has extensive experience in IT and information security, currently serving as the Head of IT Service Desk at LITASCO SA since September 2016. Prior roles include Senior IT Specialist at LUKoil Technology Services and IT and Information Security Manager positions at both LUKSAR Energy LTD and Branch "Lukoil Overseas Service B.V." in Astana. Early career experience includes work as an IT Security Engineer at LUKOIL Perm and as an Engineer at the Center of Government Communications in the Perm region. Victor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Perm State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of Leicester.
