Previously, Alison held the position of Instructional Coach for Litchfield Elementary School District, where significant achievements included developing benchmark assessments and improving writing scores. Experience as Director of Professional Development at Right Reason Technologies involved designing web-based platforms for data analysis and leading professional development. Alison co-founded Reliance Education Group, emphasizing student achievement through data analysis, and has worked as an Instructional Coach and Teacher on Special Assignment at Dysart Unified School District.
