Kathy McCabe

Kathy McCabe is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in the litigation consulting industry and military talent management. They served in various leadership roles within the Navy Reserve, including Commanding Officer and Executive Officer, and held key positions such as ANSF Recruiting & Retention Branch Chief and Chief Staff Officer. Currently, Kathy manages HR at LitCon Group, LLC and pursues a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Villanova University and a Master of Arts in National Security Studies at the Naval War College.
