Melanie Rydalch Sphr, Shrm Scp

Melanie Rydalch, SPHR, SHRM SCP, has a strong background in human resources with a focus on leadership and management. Melanie is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Litehouse Inc. since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Elevation Labs from March 2019 to December 2020.

Melanie also has extensive experience at Basic American Foods, where they held multiple roles over the years. From October 2012 to March 2019, they served as the Human Resources Director. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager from September 2008 to October 2012 and as the Training and Development Manager from February 2007 to September 2008.

Before joining Basic American Foods, Melanie worked at Gallo Glass as the Sr. HR Manager from February 2006 to February 2007 and as the Human Resources Manager from December 2004 to February 2006.

Melanie began their career at Basic American Foods as an HR Supervisor from September 2001 to November 2004.

Throughout their career, Melanie has demonstrated a strong expertise in human resources management and has consistently proven herself as a valuable asset to their respective organizations.

Melanie Rydalch, SPHR, SHRM SCP pursued their education from 1995 to 2001 at Idaho State University. During this period, they completed their Masters degree in Human Resources Training & Development.
