Erez Baron

Erez Baron has over 20 years of work experience in hardware engineering and management. Erez started their career at Motorola Mobile Devices, where they served as an RF Engineer and HW Manager for iDEN handsets. Erez then worked at Galleo as a HW Manager, where they led a team in designing and demonstrating the first wireless PDA in the market. Erez also worked at Tiaris as an ASIC Engineer, focusing on hardware implementation and simulation of algorithms for channel analysis. Erez later joined Wavecom as a HW Director, responsible for leading and managing the development and production of CDMA 1X modules. At Palm, Erez served as the Principal Engineer and HW Device Lead, overseeing the design of GSM/UMTS and CDMA/EVDO hardware handsets. Erez then joined Siport as a Sr. HW Manager, where they worked on board designs of Siport system on chip. Erez's most recent position was at Intel Corporation, where they served as an Engineering Manager, overseeing the integration of Bluetooth into Intel's communication silicon. Currently, they hold the position of Director of HW Engineering at Litepoint.

Erez Baron obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Tel Aviv University, attending from 1992 to 1996.
