Amit Monga

Amit Monga has over 20 years of work experience in various companies and roles. Currently, they are the Managing Director - India at Litera Microsystems, where they built and led the India operations, overseeing a team of 300+ employees and 19 business functions. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director - HighQ at Thomson Reuters, where they transformed and grew the India-based operations and played a key role in the successful sell to Thomson Reuters. Amit also held the role of Vice President at Thomson Reuters, overseeing the complete transformation of the organization. Amit has previous experience as a General Manager at Amcor, Director of Operations at LDM International, and Corporate Global Operations at Albéa Group. Earlier in their career, they worked at Philips Lighting and Twenty First Century Battery Ltd. Amit started their career as a Production Executive at A.M. Coirs Limited.

Amit Monga attended Punjab Technical University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Technology with Honors, specializing in Manufacturing processes. Amit then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the National Institute of Management from 2007 to 2008, focusing on Operations and Finance.
