Darren Fay

Darren Fay is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in revenue operations and business development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Litera since June 2025, Darren oversees both Revenue and Business Operations, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution to drive growth. As the Founder of Peak RevOps since January 2023, Darren also advises companies on operational enhancements. Previously, as Sr. Director of Revenue Operations at Henry Schein One, Darren led a team focused on maximizing revenue efficiency across the revenue cycle. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Instructure, Claravine, Domo, and Sprint, where Darren demonstrated a strong commitment to optimizing business processes and delivering customer value. Early career experience includes serving as a Firefighter EMT and an Independent Facilitator in educational settings. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Fire Administration from Santa Ana College.
