Jessica Alfredo

Jessica Alfredo has extensive work experience in sales training and enablement. Jessica most recently worked as the Director of Sales Enablement at Litera starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they held roles at companies such as Stealth Startup, Sovos, Upserve, ALEX AND ANI, and EF Education First. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in designing and facilitating new hire and ongoing training programs for various sales roles. Jessica has also achieved significant sales growth and consistently met or exceeded sales goals.

Jessica Alfredo has a diverse education history. Jessica obtained a BA in International Relations and Political Science from Boston University, graduating in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Woodland Regional High School from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Jessica acquired an ACT Leadership & Performance Coaching Certificate from Brown University School of Professional Studies in 2020. Jessica has also earned certifications in Sales Enablement from Sales Assembly and Leadership and Performance Coaching from Brown University School of Professional Studies in 2023 and 2020 respectively.
